Call centers strikes back and some other random stuff...

Well, where to start? the las thing i wrote on my las post was the training on the call centers. well let me continue with the "better" part.
yes it gets better.
well after you stay on your training for about 2 -3 weeks ( actually this is kinda fun, it all depends on your trainer).

You only are taught the basic (and by basic i really mean it) stuff and you only learn the theory but not the practice. they say its the easiest thing in the world. and to be honest they sound pretty convincing. well after the training a.k.a. free time you are ready to go to the floor and start taking calls, but before this you have to go make shadow with the other slav.. representatives :D and once you get to the floor you see the happy faces of everybody (no, I'm trying to make it sound good but it's really hard) so let's just say that everybody is happy doing their job. after you lose all hope and you start realizing that nothing is what it seems :( . you go back home and start thinking if they lied to you. One week after you were doing "shadow" you're ready for the big "test" with real/fake customers because they are a really pain in the a** (stupid censorship ¬¬) because they pretend to be a computer (in my case) illiterate, and they tell you, in this test no matter if you're wrong you have to sound confident on whatever you say and you will be fine. well the point/trick here is that although some little stuff you don't know they tell you ( the real/fake customer) that is not true whatever you're telling him/her. and thats when you ask yourself: WTF! i tough this was gonna be a role play where the customer is a computer illiterate!!! but NO!!!! they know (or pretend to know) more than you. although  you failed this test it doesn't matter because you will be taking calls, because they only care about having more slav.. ejem.. representatives :D . once you finish that test, you're able to go home.

So the new week starts and there you are. Ready to the big step (lol) no, not that one i just mean take calls :D. oh.. i forgot about the Quality part but i will resume it as better as i can ok?

well the quality part is about 3 things:

being hypocrite
being hypocrite
being hypocrite

to be honest o thought that there will be more but all the requirements for quality that they ask you for is hypocrisy :D.
Because, you have to sound like if you really care about (when you don't really care) because  why would you care about some random person problems when the first thing they do after you say: "thank you for calling XXXXX (insert whatever company you like here), my name is XXXX how can i help you today?" "i'll be more that happy to assist you" they start yelling at you!!!! so all you have to do to score a good Quality control is to be hypocrite.

continuing with the floor and your first day of job (cause to be in training is not really a job)  they just tell you: ok here, you're gonna use this computer this is the telephone, now take a call.

And there you are waiting and praying (lol) to not receive a call in the whole day, but oh surprise! you get your first call and there's where the nightmare begins....

To be continued...

*the writer of this post declares that he has a writers block and... pretty much it (lol) so i will continue later :D*

i'll see you soon

*last minute edit: i totally forgot what the random stuff was (*the writers slaps himself in the face*)*
